NOTICE UNDER SECTION 12(1) (a) OF

THE SRI LANKA ELECTRICITY ACT, NO. 20 OF 2009

 

INTENTION TO GRANT LICENSES

 

The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (“the Commission”) hereby gives notice pursuant to Section 12(1) (a) of the Sri Lanka Electricity Act, No. 20 of 2009 that the Commission proposes to grant licenses for the purpose of generating electricity to the following persons, in order to ensure the availability and continuity of the supply of electricity to consumers.
